YOUR TICKET TO NEW BUSINESS AS AN IIB ASSSOCIATE
Until recently ValuePerform has solely been marketed through certified ValuePerform consultants in Denmark, where approx 100 consultants has been certified over the last three years.
ValueMaker is now broadning its international coverage and we are looking for seasoned business driven consultant, preferably IIB Associates who are recognised as management consultant professionals specialized in strategy development/assessment and/or business development.
ValueMaker is primarily looking for:
> consultants, who are active in strategy and business development assignments
> consultants, who are interested and capable of engaging as a ValuePerform Value Added Distributor (VVAD) in a designated territory and vertical(s)
With a targeted effort the business potential is very promissing, since ValuePerform is based on the world's first online, generic 360° strategy analysis of companies - a parallel to a personal assessment test. ValuePerform helps you running effective and value generating strategy and business development processes with very little effort and at very attractive prices.
With ValuePerform a strategy review, which is typically the first step we as management consultants need to perform, can litterally be conducted within a few weeks and will only consume 2 days work.
The insight part of the strategy review is fully automated and is executed as web based questionnaires. ValuePerform generates a client specific report, which you need a day to review and understand.
Then you run a 1 day workshop with your client presenting and reviewing the results of the valuePerform survey. After this exercise your client has i) a full X-ray of the client's organisation and ii) a 360 degrees GAP analysis. You have a full view of your clients pains and can pitch in with consulting solutions related to accepted pains.
